Mug Cake

A quién no le apetecería este delicioso brownie hecho en solo 5 minutos en el microondas?

Ingredientes:

3 cucharadas de margarina

1 huevo

3 cucharadas de leche

4 cucharadas de harina

3 cucharadas de azúcar

2 cucharadas de cacao en polvo

1/2 cucharadita de levadura 

1 pizca de sal

Preparación:

Ponemos la margarina en la taza y la derretimos 10 segundos en el microondas.

Añadimos el huevo y la leche y batimos con un tenedor. A continuación mezclamos con la harina, el azúcar, el cacao la levadura y la sal, mezclamos todo bien e introducimos en el microondas 4 minutos a media potencia.

Podemos servirlo con nata, azucar glass, dulce de leche...
