Ingredientes:
Media rodaja de salmón (para la cantidad de la foto, 2-3 personas)
2 huevos
1/2 tomate
1/4 de cebolla pequeña
1 rebanada de pan de molde
medio vaso de leche
pimienta y sal
Preparación:
Precalentamos el horno 30 min a 180 º.
Quitamos la piel y las espinas al salmón y lo troceamos. Picamos el tomate y la cebolla y lo ponemos todo en el vaso de la batidora.
Lo batimos todo hasta que quede una mezcla homogénea (queda bastante liquida).
Lo ponemos en el horno media hora.
Podemos servirlo frío o templado.
A mi me gusta untarlo en pan tostado con mayonesa y un poquito de pimentón.
También podemos hacerlo 10 minutos en el microondas, en moldes pequeños o añadir otras verduras como calabacín.

1/2 tomato
1/4 of small onion
1 slice of bread
half a glass of milk
pepper and salt
Preparation:

Remove the skin and bones from the salmon and chop it. Chop the tomato and the onion and put everything in the bowl of the mixer.Add all the ingredients and mix everything until well blended (it is quite liquid).
We put it in the oven half an hour.
We can serve it cold or warm.
I like to spread it on toast with mayonnaise and a little paprika.
