Si tenéis instagram o otras redes sociales seguro que habéis oído hablar de estos batidos de frutas servidos en un bol con varios toppings, una forma saludable y deliciosa de desayunar o merendar.

Base: Podemos hacer un batido de frutas, verduras, leche o yogur, condimentos como cacao o canela, semillas...
Por ejemplo yogur, platano y frutos rojos (foto 1), o yogur, plátano, arándanos, cacao y maca (foto 2).
Topping: Para "decorar" y completar nuestro batido podemos añadir más bayas, frutas deshidratadas como pasas, copos de avena, trigo o centeno, semillas de chía o sésamo...
