Delicioso!

Mmmm I love this dish! Thursday I did not have a plan for dinner, so I prepared it with what I had in the fridge:

Ingredients:
4 loin steaks
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of honey
1 orange1 cup of rice
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of salt
Spinach
Sesame sedes

Preparation:
Mix in a bowl the soy sauce and honey and add the loin. Left half an hour in the fridge. I didn't add salt because the soy sauce is already salty.
Took out the orange slices without the skin with a knife and fry on the grill. Reserve.
In the same pan fry the loin and painted several times with the soy and honey mixture until ready. We reserve the remaining sauce to decorate.
Wash the rice to remove the starch and put in a casserole covered with water.
Cook about 20 minutes and let stand covered 10 minutes more.
Mix the vinegar, the sugar and the salt, add to the rice and mix.
On a plate or tray put the spinach, the rice, the loin, the orange and garnish with the remaining sauce and sesame seeds.
Delicious!

Pan multicereales con semillas, nueces y pasas. (Multigrain bread with seeds, nuts and raisins).

Hola!

Hi!
Some time ago we discovered a rye with nuts and raisins bread in Carrefour and we loved it, but suddenly the stop selling it, so I finally decided to do it at home ... Now we like it more!

I didn't found rye flour so we bought a pack of HARIMSA multigrain flour with sedes (Ingredients: Wheat flour, millet, brown linseed, rye flour, sunflower seeds, wheat gluten, wheat semolina, sourdough, rice flour, salt, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid) + 1 envelope of dry natural yeast) and we add the raisins and nuts.
I found it very easy following the package instructions and using the breadmaker to amassing.

Ingredients:
500 g of multigrain flour
7 g of dry yeast
300 g of cold wáter
100 g of raisins
100 g of shelled walnuts

Preparation:
Mix the flour, the yeast and the water and knead (30 minutes by hand or with the chosen program of the breadmaker)
Let stand one hour.
Add the nuts and the raisins and knead well. Shape the bars, ciabatta or buns and let rest for another hour. Rest times are very important for a spongy bread.
Put them on a baking tray and bake 45 minutes at 200 ° C.
This bread perfectly holds about 3 days depending on the weather, if it gets a little hard, I recommend some toast with butter.Awesome!

Saladitos (puff pastry snacks)

Me encanta!

In some restaurants in Galicia (and now in Asturias) we can find some pizzas made with Galician products called Galipizzas, the other day I made a pork with turnip tops galipizza for dinner , although there are also galipizzas with octopus, with mincemeat... :

Ingredients:
200 g of water

Boiled turnip tops
Tomato sauce
Cheese (I used a Galician cheese)
Oregano

Prepare the pizza dough mixing the water with the oil, the yeast and the salt and gradually adding the flour.
Preheat the oven.
Let rest half an hour, knead and shape with a roller.
Prick and bake half an hour.
Put the tomato, the pork, the turnip greens, the cheese and the oregano, if we want to give a more "Galician" touch we can add a little of paprika.
Bake 20 minutes up and down (the last 5 can be with grill).
Delicious!
